Try disabling your windows firewall temporary to see it makes any difference. in Your utorrent Go to Options > Preferences > Connections, uncheck "Randomize port" if this is checked. <BR/><BR/>if your router has port range try setting a range between 2 ports for example 6881-6889, If am not mistake windows firewall doesn't have a range feature so you might want to again turn it off to try this out. Then within utorrent client set connection port to 6881 haven’t used windows firewall probably one of the first things i always disable when re-installing. Uncheck the checkbox, so as to use your default utorrent port <BR/>this can be found in options => preferences=> connection beside label-> "port used for incoming connections". This should solve your problem of not been able to access your web ui using your external IP address. Let me know if it doesn't solve your problem within the web UI settings menu
