They are times when you just wished you could search that gold mine called rapidshare. Well I came across a site which doesn’t literally allow you to search rapidshare but offers an online link repository of rapidsare links which can be searched by various categorizes. RapidShared.ORG is a catalog of materials, hosted on the servers of rapidshare.de/rapidshare.com the world leading file hosting service. The aim of the site is to gather links spread all over the net in one single place . The sites also allows users to add their own links to the database, but in order to achieve this you will need to be become a registered member.

Since rapidshared.org does not actually literally search rapidshare.com/.de. They are other ways of searching for links such as using google hacking techniques for example

(marketing book) +”rapidshare.com/files” your can replace marketing book with your own keywords or
exe OR rar OR zip site:rapidshare.de optionalkeywords replace file extensions with your own.

This folder’s site:www.rapidshare.de will list out public user created folders created by users, sometimes you can find interesting content in theme.

The following string will list out rapidshare folders created by various user.
avi|mpg|mpeg|wmv|rmvb site:rapidshare.de yourkeywordhere

For those of you who are big fans of Google hacking and want to satisfy your thrust, here are a few searching techniques you can use to search for practically anything you desire online. For those of you who are not familiar with Google hacking, its nothing really technical or that requires you to have programming knowledge or anything like that, but a basic understanding of sql would be nice. Google hacking is a form of leveraging google’s power to do advanced queries . for those without any form of programming or sql knowledge you do not need to disper you can still learn a bit about it by just searching for “Google hacking” within Google its self, they are a few books which have been published. read more here
